Show SHERIFF'S SALE In the District Court of Utah County, Utah. THE FEDERAL LAND BANK OF BERKELEY, a corporation, Plaintiff, Plain-tiff, vs. DON C. STRONG, JR., also known as D. C. STRONG, JR., and FLOSSIE STRONG, his wife; STEPHEN W. MOYLE and Jane Doe Moyle, his wife; FIRST DOE, SECOND SEC-OND DOE and THIRD DOE, Defendants'. De-fendants'. To be sold at Sheriff's Sale on the 30th day of July, 1934, at eleven o'clock a. m. of said day at the front door of the County Court House, at the City and County Building, situate situ-ate in Provo, Utah County, Utah, all the right, title and interest of the above named defendants, of, in and to the following described property, prop-erty, in Utah County, State of Utah, to-wit: Parcel 1: Commencing 15 chains North of the Southeast corner of Section 26, Township 4 South, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian; thence West 20 chains; thence North 5 chains; thence East 7.50 chains; thence North 44 East 18 chains; thence South 18 chains to the place of beginning, containing 18.125 acres, more or less. Parcel 2: Commencing 18.14 chains South of the Northwest corner of Block 1, Alpine City Survey of Building Lots; running thence East 7.25 chains to a stake; thence South 6.77 chiins, more or less, to a fence and stake: thence Southwesterly 7.30 chains to a post and point in Main Street; thence North on East side of Main Street, 7.02 chains to stake and point of beginning, containing 5 acres, more or less, situate in the Northeast quarter of Section 25, Township 4 South, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian. Said property containing an aggregate aggre-gate acreage of 23.125 acres, more or less. Together with 23 shares of the capital stock of Alpine Irrigation Company, said shares being represented repre-sented by Certificate No. 720 for 18 shares and Certifcate No. 566 for 5 shares. Together with all ether rights of every kind and nature, however evidenced, evi-denced, to the use of water, ditches and canals for the irrigation of said premises. ' Together with all tenements, hereditaments here-ditaments and appurtenances thereunto there-unto belonging or in anywise appertaining, ap-pertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, remain-ders, rents, issues and profits thereof.
