Show Timpanogos Relief Society Program and Art Exhibit ; were thirty home made rugs braided, i woven, punched and every design beautiful in this line of work. The committee in charge of this department depart-ment were, Luella Steiner, Sylvia Morby, May K. Walker and Hilda Farr. The art department items was collected by Jennie W. Johnson, Mrs. I Nettie Meecham, Eva Fage, Fern Hicks, Delilah Fugal and Nettie War- t nick. j The novelties were taken care of ' by "Cora Atwood, Mabel Swenson, Mary Wadley, Nettie Warnick and Eva Fage. The entire exhibit was one of the best ever seen in this community. Many of the things were of original design. The sewing department of the Relief Re-lief societies runs paralell with the Educational, Theological and Social Service. es, 7 ties; 66 made over articles from old materials. This department was handled by Lavina Fugal, Bernice Monson, Hazel Marrott, Margarett Marrott, Jane Armitstead, Millie Poulson, Lurena Johnson, Mary Wright and Mrs. Roundy. There were 55 quilts of every pattern pat-tern and discription. Those who handled this department were Lizzie Bullock, Emily Aston, Eva Thome, j Regina Thorne, Mrs. Phillips and j Mrs. Gottleib Buhler. The needlework department had . made fancy articles and was handled i by Mrs. Mary Cooper, Mrs. Stella! The Relief societies of the Timpanogos Timp-anogos stake held a birthday program pro-gram and art exhibit at the Second ward chapel Tuesday afternoon beginning be-ginning at 1 o'clock Stake President Ella M. C. extension department; home cleaned articles of clothing, 10 dress- W. Gillman, Hazel Fryer, Vida Conway, Con-way, Mrs. W. W. Lim, Mrs. Adena Swenson and Mrs. Janet Smith. Over a hundred articles of baby's layette were desplayed. Mrs. Hannah Han-nah Halliday, Mrs. Hazel Gillman, Mrs. Huldah Richins, Mrs. Jasper Eves, Mrs. Luella Cullimore and Mrs. Adeline Hone were responsible for this department. Articles in the display made by ladies over 70 years of age were taken care of by Annie Holman, Ellen El-len Johnson, Venice Walker, Minnie Anderson and Helen Walker. There |
