The Little Mountain Grapplers are starting their season. All wrestlers between the ages of 3 and (ith grade are invited to join in. If you have wrestled in the city recreation program for two years, or have been a Little Mountain Grappler before, we are looking for you! You also need to live in 1'leasant Grove. We will start practice as soon as everyone is signed up. We wrestle in a competitive league in Utah County, followed by the State of Utah, USA Wrestling program. We wrestle under the Pleasant Grove Recreation Dept., and we are affiliated with USA Wrestling, as a chartered club. You may sign up at the city recreation building, between the hours of 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. daily, starting on Dec. 7, 1987 (Monday). A parents meeting will be held later, and all parents will be notified as to time and place. Registration this year will be $20 per boy. We are looking forward to seeing you on the mat. All Jr. High Wrestlers will be contacted at school for practice times and location. Starting on Nov. 15 each year, the store will reduce its inventory to clearout prices. This will allow the holiday shoppers to take advantage of the end of the year prices then rather than having to wait until January or February. Steve Peterson Interiors is probably the number one home interior design center in the valley, according to Joe Bye, general manager. They stock floor coverings, they show 11,000 square feet of furniture displays, and they have a full compliment of fabrics, drapery samples, and wall covering books to fill any style customers desire. Entering their thirteenth year, Peterson's Interiors has been built on integrity of service, quality products, and quality people. Main, Pleasant Grove, is presently holdings its annual We Care About You Sweepstakes in which winners are named each week. Jim and Ann Fisher, owners of the video store, are happy to announce that Carrie Sorenson is the winner of a Disney video in the first drawing of the season. Winners of punch cards were Theron Olsen and Linda Frampton. Forty-fou- r others received a free movie pass. They will be giving away one video movie each week until Christmas. Other prizes include punchcards, free rentals, etc. Customers may enter the Sweepstakes at the store. Vector Video is open Monday through Saturday at 10 a.m. They close at 8 p.m. on Monday through Thursday and at 9 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. They are closed on Sunday. In addition, those who buy and finish a 10 punch card are eligible for a special drawing for a new punch card. The latest winners in this drawing were Dan Forbes and Jodi Worthen. Intramural coaches meeting set There will be a coaches meeting held Thursday, Dec. 3, for all those who will be coaching Jr. Jazz basketball for the ninth and 10th or 11th and 12th grade young men's program from Pleasant Grove Parks and Recreation. The meeting will be held at 7 p.m. in the Recreation Office Building. 41 E. 200 South, Pleasant Grove.
