Playing Scrooge is LeRoy Wilcox of Provo, who has entertained audiences in many parts of the world since 1943. Probably the most beloved in the tale is the lame boy Tiny Tim played by Bobby Markham, whose father Bob Cratchet, played by Jon Boyle, works for Mr. Scrooge. It is directed by Mel Taylor, a veteran director in the area who also takes a part as an enthusiastic chorister who generates so much enthusiasm that the audience delights in joining with him singing "Deck the Halls."
