Show Am. Fork Chamber of Commerce spotlights A.F. School of Gymnastics The American Fork School of Gymnastics, spotlighted by the American Fork Chamber of Commerce Com-merce this week, was first opened by Terry and Melanie Jensen in September Sep-tember of 1983. They are located downstairs in the Utah Pageant of the Arts Center (the old American Fork High School-Junior School-Junior High School building) on r . i Lin , .i north Center Street. Mrs. Jensen says classes are held daily and further information can be obtained by contacting her at 756-4837. 756-4837. . She has been involved in gymnastics gym-nastics for the past 14 years,, and competed for the University of Utah on a scholarship. She has also taught for most of those years and is a certified judge. Classes at the American Fork School of Gymnastics go from preschool age to competitive teams. The teams have placed among the top three in the state, she says. There are four other instructors who assist with the teaching of classes, she notes. The school has a total enrollment of 150 students. |
