Blakesley, 54, of Mesa, Arizona, former resident of Pleasant Grove, died October 24, 1981 in Mesa. He was born April 13, 1927 in Swan, Indiana to Elmer Cledus and Thelma Englert Blakesley. He married Irene Marie Inman and they were later divorced. He married Suzanne Holm Brown March 27, 1976 in Orem. The marriage was later solemnized in the Manti Temple. He had worked at Penneys Department Store, lie was a veteran of World War II. He enjoyed singing and had sung on the radio and won trophies for vocal work. He moved from Pleasant Grove to Mesa, Arizona in 1980. He is survived by his widow; four sons and two daughters, Michael James Blakesley, Magna; Mrs. Roger (Sheila) Johnson, Mesa, Ariz.; Mrs. Steven (Dolores) Higginson, Am. Fork; Mervel E. Blakesley, Jr., Fargo, N.D.; Harold Blakesley, Pleasant Grove; Troy G. Blakesley, Mesa, Arizona; 13 grand-children; one brother and three sisters; a step-mothe- r, Mrs. Dolores Blakesley, PLEASANT GROVE-Ren- ae Ash Tomlinson, 53, 679 South 1500 East, Pleasant Grove, died October 26, 1981 at her home. She was born February 28, 1928 in Pleasant Grove to Ernest and Kate Richardson Ash. She married Lloyd Tomlinson November 14, 1945 in Provo. He died February 29, 1972. She was an active member of the LDS Church residing in the Pleasant Grove Eighth Ward. She attended Pleasant Grove and Lindon schools and had resided locally all her life. She is survived by four sons and one daughter: Terry Lee Tomlinson, Austin, Tex.; Mrs. Douglas (Shauna) Cook and G. Kim Tomlinson, both of Pleasant Grove; Lloyd Dee Tomlinson and Shirl Loy Tomlinson both of Lindon; 15 grandchildren; one brother and two sisters: Mrs. Ora Adams, American Fork; Mrs. Emery (Lynile) Buhler, Roy; Romell Ash, California. Funeral services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. in the Pleasant Grove Eighth Ward, 200 South 1300 East. Friends may call at the church one hour prior to services. Burial will be in the Pleasant Grove City Cemetery. '' , . , Alton Richard (Scott) Carlisle one brother and two sisters, Clifford R. Carlisle, Alpine; Mrs. Fred (Glenna) Sutherland, Provo; and Mrs. L.M. (Maerose). Brodie, Farmington. Funeral services were held Mon., Oct. 26 at 2 p.m. in the Alpine Stake Center, 98 East Canyon Crest Road. Burial was in the Alpine City Cemetery. EVA DICKERSON Eva Dickerson Funeral services for Mrs. Ernest Rodney (Eva) Dickerson, who died Monday in the American Fork Hospital following a short illness, will be held tomorrow at 2 p.m. at the Wing Mortuary Chapel. Friends and relatives are invited to call Thursday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday prior to services. In-terment will be in the Lehi City Cemetery. Eva Morley Hut-chin- Smith Dickerson was born September 9, 1898 in Bountiful to William Ely and Alice Naylor Hutchings. She married Chester Marion Smith January 12, 1921 in the Salt Lake LDS. Temple. He died Sep-tember 6, 1972. On December 9, 1972 she married Ernest Rodney Dickerson. Mrs. Dickerson was a nurse at the Lehi and American Fork Hospitals for many Alton Richard 'Scott' Carlisle, 73, died at his home Wed., Oct. 21, 1981. He was born Jan. 16, 1908 in Alpine to Richard P. and Zella Benson Carlisle. He married Lils Beryl Bair, Nov. 25, 1930 in Provo. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Provo Temple. Mr. Carlisle resided all of his life in Alpine and was a farmer and sheep rancher. He was a member of the LDS Church, residing in the Alpine Fifth Ward. Survivors include his wife, two sons and two daughters, Robert Neil and Dennis Lee of Alpine, Mrs. L. Ross (Joanne) Beck, Alpine; and Mrs. Jerry (Lorraine) Dyer, Farmington; 14 grandchildren and six great grandchildren; 'SCOTT CARLISLE Clara Wing Russon years. During World War II she worked at the Remington Small Arms ,.plant ia Salt Lake City.. She served as a counselor in the Relief Society, was a Sunday School teacher, MIA teacher and a member of the ward genealogy committee. She is survived by her husband, Lehi; a daughter, Mrs. Leo H. (Edna) Loveridge, also of Lehi; a son, Keith H. Smith, Idaho Falls, Idaho; a sister, Mrs. Eleanor Godfrey, Ogden; and 16 grand-children. LEHI- - Clara Marie Wing Russon, 85, passed away October 20, 1981, in a Salt Lake Hospital. She was born March 28, 1896, at Lehi, to George Hyrum and Harriet E. Jacobs Wing. She married Wilford H. Russon on January 9, 1918, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He passed away July 17, 1962. She has been an active member of the LDS Church all of her life. During her earlier years she served in the various ladies auxiliaries of the Church in the Lehi Fourth Ward. More recently she served in the Forest Dale and South 13th Ward Relief Society. She devoted her life to the welfare and happiness of her family. Survivors include Milton and Karlyn Russon, Bountiful; Leo and Esther Russon, and Dale and Mava Russon, both of Salt Lake City; 13 grandchildren; 35 great grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Alva H. Wing, Sandy; Orvetta Adama, Salt Lake City; Marvin M. Wing, Tooele; Mrs. Val (Georgia) Spencer, Riverton; Mrs. Thomas (Jenalyn) Woffinden, Lehi. Funeral services were held Oct. 24 in the South 13th Ward Chapel in Salt Lake City. Milton W. Russon, Jr., gave the prayer with family members. Alva H. Wing played the prelude and postlude music. The invocation was offered by Elmo Russon. Vocal solos, "The Lords Prayer" and "That Wonderful Mother of Mine" were sung by Loile Bailey. He was accompanied by Ann Bailey. A touching tribute was given by Edyth Romney and speakers were Patriarch Lemonte Peterson and; Elder Oscar McConkie. The benediction was by Marvin M. Wing. The dedicatory prayer at the Salt Lake City Cemetery was given by Dr. A. Hamer Reiser. Serving as pall bearers were Milton W. Russon, Jr., Spencer Hind, Boyd Paxton, Kenneth Webb, Patrick Waldram, Richard Sutter and honarary pall bearers: Brent Russon, Robert L. Russon, Gary Russon, Scott Russon, Lester Nielsen, Nephi Bierwolf and Raymond Tracey. Jennifer Johanson AMERICAN FORK-Jennif- Johanson, one-day-o- ld daughter of Ernest John and Jeanine Schramm Johanson died Oct. 20, 1981, at Utah Valley Hospital. Survivors include parents of American Fork; one brother, Justin; grandparents, George E. Johanson of American Fork, Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence H. Schramm, Mrs. Jeannetta Wayman all of Lehi; great grand-parents, Mrs. Delpha Johanson of Provo, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Schramm of Payson, Mrs. Hannah Williams of Spanish Fork. Graveside services were Monday at the American Fork Cemetery. Pomona, California. Janice Sue Hardinger AMERICAN FORK Sue Brierley Hardinger, 31, 537 North Brigham Avenue, American Fork, died October 25, 1981 in Salt Lake City following surgery. She was born February 2, 1950 in San Diego, California to Gail B. and Wilma Irene Cipra Brierley. She married Garth Har-dinger May 22, 1981 in American Fork. She attended schools in American Fork, Lehi and Pleasant Grove. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Pleasant Grove. She is survived by her husband, one son and one daughter, Jamie Irene Hardinger and Timothy Garth Har-dinger, American Fork; her parents of American Fork; one brother and one sister, James Brierley, Provo, and Mrs. Leon (Karen) Lunceford, American Fork. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. in the First Baptist Church, 350 East Center, Pleasant Grove. Friends may call at the church one hour prior to services. She was born July 4, 1981 in Ogden.
