Show Donald K. Hales Named Illustrious Potentate of El Halah Shrine Temple Donald K. Hales, Pleasant Grove, with the Utah Department of Business Regulation, has been installed as 1980 illustrious potentate of El Halah Shrine Temple, Salt Lake City. He succeeds Don G. Ferguson, Salt Lake City. As part of the ceremony, Mr. Hales received the Shriner's fez denoting the office from his son, Donald W. Hales. The younger Mr. Hales, in turn received a fez identifying him as a potentate's aide. Other new officers are Curtis N. Lancaster, chief rabban; Thomas R. Buttrey, assistant rabban; H. Scott Hammill, high priest and prophet; Raymond F. White, oriental guide; David W. Reynolds, treasurer; Tommy Tom-my K. Thompson, recorder; Jerold R. Cochran, first cermonial master; Bill T. Peters, second ceremonial master; Mike Zoumadakis, director; Blaine H. Simons, marshal; Aaron E. Saathoff, captain of the guard; John G. Conway, Con-way, chaplain; and James L.
