Show HOTEL FRANKENSTEIN Melba Kirk and James All red in scene from Valley Centre play Valley Centre Theatre Presents Halloween Play The Valley Centre Theatre presents its first Halloween play, "Hotel Frankenstein." Franken-stein." The theatre, located at 60 North 300 West in Provo, has been in operation for over three years. Owners and operators are Keith and Jody Ren-strom. Ren-strom. "Hotel Frankenstein" Franken-stein" is an uproarious comedy spiced with thrills and chills. You haven't seen a stage romance to compare com-pare with the one that developes between bet-ween Wolfman, played by Lawrence Law, and Miriam Marx (Groucho's daughter). Miriam is played by Leslie Johnson, and Dr. Frankenstein Franken-stein is played by Mannie Kauo. S. Mark Stuart plays Egor, Liz Pederson plays Vampira and Dracula is played by James Allred. They combine to scare the daylights out of the Groucho Marx family, cleverly hidden hid-den under the guise of Julius T. Woodknocker, played play-ed by Bob Craner. Ruth Woodknocker Woodknock-er is played by Lucile Brown, Junior Woodknocker is played alternately by Sterling Hilton and Shaun Oertle and Mrs. McGonigal is played by Melba Kirk. The final scene is guaranteed to send you from the theatre howling with laughter or fear, or maybe both! The play opens October 23rd and runs every night, except ex-cept Sunday, through October 31(Halloween).
