Show Utah Dairy Royalty Are Visiting Utah Elementary Schools Utah's new reigning Dairy Princess, Jean Bishop, and her attendants Pat Murkos, Martha Robinson and Valerie Clark have begun their annual Dairy Tour of elementary schools in the state. To kick off their tour, the Dairy royalty visited several of the local news media in Salt Lake City to explain the purpose pur-pose of their tour. As they visit the elementary schools they will be joined by the various count princesses and their attendants. These lovely young ladies will make a visit to nearly all of the young school children in Utah during their extensve tour A short program will be presented pre-sented at each school demonstrating demon-strating through the use of a playlet starring the characters Mr. Crump, Milkman and Vim and Vitality, the advantages of drinking milk and eating the right foods to help maintain strong healthy bodies. Each member of the Dairy Royalty will play a part in the skit to emphasize the various nutritive aspects of milk and dairy products. pro-ducts. In conjunction with the playlet, play-let, the children are taught the song 'There's a New You Coming Com-ing Everyday" which tells of the need for the body to replace re-place three billion cells every 60 seconds and that one of the best foods to help your body make this change is milk. The Dairy Tour has been such a success this year as in years past that often the students stu-dents want the Princess and her attendants to stay at the conclusion of the program. As well as visiting in the schools, the Princess and her attendants are vigorously meeting meet-ing with county commissioners, commission-ers, mayors and other civic leaders. lea-ders.
