Johnson John-son of Brigham City, announce the engagement and forthcoming forthcom-ing marriage of their daughter Marilyn to Bill N. Wright, son u - of Mr. and Mrs. William A. Wright of Pleasant Grove, Utah The couple have set August 15 as their wedding date, with the ceremony to be solemnized in the Logan L.D.S. Temple. A reception will follow that evening in the Brigham City Indian Chapel Cultural Hall, and they will be honored on August 16 at an open house at the home of the groom's parents, par-ents, 1010 North First West, Pleasant Grove. Miss Johnson is a graduate of Box Elder -High School and LDS Seminary. For the last three years she has attended the Utah State University, majoring in elementary education. educa-tion. She was an active member mem-ber of the USU sponsor corps, where she served as a member mem-ber of the staff and participated participa-ted with the armed drill' team. She also served with the ROTC joint planning committee. The future bridegroom is a graduate of Pleasant Grove High School and LDS Seminary. Semin-ary. Mr. Wright is a graduate of Snow College, where he was active in student affairs, football foot-ball and baseball. He fulfilled an LDS mission to the South New Zealand Mission. He has attended the Utah State University, Uni-versity, majoring in Forestry and Land Management. He was affiliated with Delta Phi. He is now serving with the United ' States Navy, stationed at the Naval Air Station, Agana, Guam. He recently received a promotion to Personnelman Third Class. Following their marriage the couple will reside in Agana,, Guam. |
