Show Nasty Weather Persists The cruel clutches of winter have grasped Park City's spring by the throat and sent local residents fleeing either southward or well on their way to the looney bin. The recent storms are . predicted by well-loved Salt Lake City weatherman Mark (ie) "snowbanks" Eubank to continue to June 15, a sobering thought that may lead to some old local behavior patterns. Take heart, however, the snow that's falling now should help keep the hottest portion of the summer to no more than a week or so, therefore complaints about "how hot it is" should be kept to a minimum this year. If you haven't yet figured a way to get out of here to Mexico, Southern Cal or Arizona, you haven't been trying hard enough and weather complaints from such individuals will be taken worth a grain of rock salt. More on the snow and cold when the upcoming flood season wipes out the Salt Lake Valley. |
