Show Ordinance No. 3-75 is amended to read as follows: Section 2. Any person desiring de-siring to become a candidate for mayor or city councilman council-man shall, and least twenty-one twenty-one days prior to the primary pri-mary election, file with the City Recorder a statement of his candidacy in substantially sub-stantially thefollowingform: NOMINATION STATEMENT STATE OF UTAH, COUNTY OF SUMMIT I, , being first duly sworn, say that I reside at -Street, City of Park City, County of Summit, State of Utah; that I am a qualified voter therein and have resided in Park City, Utah not less than one (1) year last past; that I am a candidate for nomination nom-ination to the office of (stating the office) to be voted upon at the primary prim-ary election to be held on Tuesday, the day of October, 19 , and I hereby request that my name be printed upon the official primary pri-mary ballot for nominations by such primary election for such office.
