Regional Meet Scheduled The National Association of C onservation Districts will hold its Southwestern Regional meeting in Park City at the C'est Bon Hotel on September 3-5, 1975. NACD is the national instrument in-strument and voice of the more than 3,000 conservation conservat-ion Districts in the United States which are charged by law to assist land owners with soil, water, and related re-lated resources, and other conservation problems.
