By Max Jarrnan Clearly, "The Barn" restaurant res-taurant at Park West is not only PARK West's best kept secret but also an excellent place to dine. With all the restaurants in Park City, "The Barn", which capitalizes on the area's alpine surroundings, is located three miles north of Park City Resort. Situated in the main lodge at Park West, "The Barn" offers a commanding view of one of the West's finer ski hills, through a wall of glass which encloses the main dining area. Rather than a view of busy Main Street, afforded by many of the Park City res taurants, "The Barn" you can sit and watch the snow gently fall unobstructed by buildings, traffic and crowds. As far as the food goes, we found it excellent. "The Barn" offers an accommodating accom-modating menu rangingfrom Chicken Kiev, a dish originally orig-inally made for the Czars of Russia at $4.75 to the grilled filet mignon at $7.75. Each entree is made unique with a variety of unusual sauces and marinades. Each meal starts out with the chef's special Quiche Lorraine, appetizer on the house, of course.
