The Hoard of County Commissioners Com-missioners of the County of Summit, State of Utah, ordains that Sections 4, a, and G of the Excavation of County Road Ordinance of the County of Summit Sum-mit be amended to read as follows: Section 4 Fees (1) For all easement cuts (Longitudinal) for sewers.... sew-ers.... $10.00 (2) For all easement cuts (Longitudinal) for water 6.00 (3) For all Lateral sewer cuts 10.00 (4) For all lateral water cuts 6.00 (G) Fur cuts made by all franchised utility companies com-panies 2.00 Section 5. Bond. Indemnity Bond. No such permit shall be issued is-sued unless and until the applicant ap-plicant therefor has filed with the Summit County Board of Commissioners a bond in an amount to be determined by said commission and an indemnity agreement conditioned to indemnify in-demnify the County for any loss, liability or damage that may result from or because of the making, existence or manner of guarding or constructing any such tunnel or excavation.
