(j) The Planning Commission Commis-sion may employ consultants and staff personnel, provided its expenditures, exclusive of gifts, shall be within the amounts appropriated for the purpose by the Mayor and City Council. (2) Powers and Duties of the Commission. The "alternate" shall serve for a term of one (1) year as an alternate. The Chairman shall serve for an appointed term as determined by the Mayor and City Council. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PARK CITY, STATE OF UTAH: That Chapter LXV, Revised Ordinances of Park City, State of Utah, 1940, as amended, be repealed. That Chapter 5 of Title (67) LXVII, Revised Ordinances of Park City, State of Utah (1940), as amended, relating to the Board of Adjustment, be amended amend-ed by the addition of Section 5 and entitled "Judicial Review", as follows: 67-5-5. JUDICIAL REVIEW The City or any person aggrieved ag-grieved by any decision of the Board of Adjustment may have and maintain a plenary action for relief therefrom in any court of competent jurisdiction, provided pro-vided petition for such relief is presented to the court within thirty (30) days after the filing of such decision in the office of the Recorder, located in the City Hall. There is hereby enacted Chapter 20 of Title (67) LXVII, Revised Ordinances of Park City, State of Utah (1940), as amended, relating to Planning and Zoning as follows: CHAPTER 20. PLANNING AND ZONING 67-20-1. ADMINISTRATION-PLANNING ADMINISTRATION-PLANNING COMMISSION (1) Organization. (a) There is hereby created a Planning Commission of a Chairman and five (5) voting members to be appointed by the Mayor and City Council, provided pro-vided that one (1) voting member shall be a member of the Board of Adjustment.
