Show Park City Planning Commission Submits Report to City Council A summary of the Park City Planning Commission's regular meeting of June 8, 1972 was submitted to the Park City Council recently. The following Business Licenses Li-censes Applications were approved ap-proved for correct zone: El-wood El-wood L. Nielsen, Nielsen's Realtors, 434 Main Street, approved ap-proved for Real Estate Business, Busi-ness, (already approved by City Council subject to Planning Commission on 6572); Ralph C. Emery, Park City GolfShop, Intersection of U-248andThay-nes Canyon Drive; Richard E. Stare, William E. Groves, Kerry Kern, Indian Summer, 511 & 513 Main Street, for leather leath-er clothing, Indian jewelry and Indian gifts and hand-crafts; Greater Park City Company, Summit Construction Company, Offices: 1284 Empire Avenue, Site: at various construction sites. The following Sign Permit Application was approved: State of Utah, State Liquor Commission Commis-sion at Earl's Market. The following Conditional Use Permits were approved in full: Treasure Mountain Corporation Corpora-tion for Payday Condominiums, along Three Kings Drive, for 51 condominium units and 51 parking spaces; Clifford & Betty Roach for apartment Hotel Unit at 1235 Norfolk. Parking provided. pro-vided. The following sign permit applications were not approv ed: Deseret Federal Savings & Loan and Standard Oil Company, Com-pany, corner of Park Avenue and Heber Street. The following conditional use permits were not approved and are pending further additional information: Wendell Paulsen, Indian Summer (no action taken pending more details concerning concern-ing awnings, plans on changing door and changing of glass): Treasure Mountain Corporation for Employee Housing (Approved (Approv-ed with limitation that they can only excavate, do footings and foundations, further approval subject to detailed plans on renderings, landscaping and architectural ar-chitectural specs to next meeting meet-ing and also subject to approval of APA before submittal to Planning Commission); Don & Rhoda Waldman, for a restaurant restaur-ant on Main Street, (approval is subject to submitting more plans on their intended changes and plans specs to APA and then to the Planning Commission.): Commis-sion.): A. B. Potter, for commercial com-mercial building at 591 Main Street. Full Conditional Use Permit still subject to finished architectural and exterior plans which must be submitted and approved ap-proved by APA before next Planning Commission meeting for Commission approval. The next planning Commission Commis-sion meeting is set for 7:30 p.m. at the City Hall, Thursday, June 22. |
