BOY 18 SENTENCED sent to the reform school after a year on probation after having been summoned before the juvenile court four times for various petit offenses arthur sparks was sent to the reform school ho was on tho probation list for nearly a year and during that time officers of tho lower court lathered diligently to improve the morals of tho boy saturday he was arrested on corn plaint of john farr sparks with other boys made a raid on the orchard of and badly mutilated some valuable trees besides stealing fruit friday it is charged he entered the orchard of job pingree ruined a cherry tree stole fruit and refused to leave the premises when ordered off by mrs pingree the parents of young sparks objected to the action of the juvenile court and ordered officer jacobs to relapse the boy ho was taken to the reform school however and will remain there until hl parents havo decided what course to pursue
