MEMORIAL SERVICES conducted at grave of late john hay by jewish order cleveland 0 july 1 thirty members of district grand lodge no 2 of tho independent order of abnal balth which includes ohio indiana kentucky missouri colorado kansas and new mexico held memorial exercises here today at the grave of the lato secretary of state john hay the occasion being the first anniversary of mr hays death the services were inspired by the great interest taken by the late secretary in the efforts secure better treatment for jews in russia an address extolling the quail ties of mr hay was made by milton L anfenger of denver president of the district grand lodge after which a large floral wreath was laid on the grave
