REV rev and mrs 0 A elmquist with their baby boy alien left ogdan this morning over the union pacific for the east they will spend july and august at the old homestead of mrs parents in millersburg Millers burg rico co minn during the absence of mr elmquist thore will be no regular services at the lutheran church during the last three months mr elmquist has been the recipient of two calls and three offers of calls from lutheran congregations gregat ions in minnesota wisconsin and iowa with memberships ranging from to GOO but upon the earnest solicitations soli citations of the home mission board and the congregation here at ogden lie has refused all of these splendid offers and decided to as pastor of tho local church and the lutheran churches at park city and bingham the church council here and the mission board kindly granted him a vacation of two months which will bo spent in his home state minnesota
