NEVADA COURT . SUSTAINS LAW CARSON CITY. N'ev., July S. The "Wild Cat" mining law passed at the laid session of the Nevada state legislature leg-islature was sustained by a decision handed down by the state supreme court today. The decision was given in the case of R. C. Moore versus the Verde Manhattan Mining company. The court sustained the lower tribunal tribu-nal and ordered that all the stock sold be marked "treasury" or "promotion" when issued. The law wa p:ted wiih the purpose of preventing mln.ng companies from issuing promotion stock Instead of treasury, tbus defrauding de-frauding the investing public.
