NOT THE SON OF H. J. GLADSTONE St Louis.' Nov. 2. The young man held here for the police of Washington, Washing-ton, on the charge of obtaining cameras cam-eras under false pretenses, who gave the name of Gilbert E. Gladstone and said he was a son of Vi6count Herbert Her-bert John Gladstone, Is Gilbert E. Gerguson, according to the superintendent superin-tendent of tho Industrial school, Allen P. Richardson. The identification was made today. Gerguson three years ago. when the youth was an inmate of the Children's Village, Dobbs Ferry. N. Y. He Is an ' orphan and was selling papers in New 1 York when he was sent to the village. Recently he has been working on -a farm near T)lor, Texas. Gerguson, when told of the Identification, suld: j " ihat is tho truth.'
