Show MANfiUM VS. POTTER IN ' COURT In the district court this morning the case of Frank A. Manguru against Clifford S. Potter was taken up for trial. Mangum is suing Potter to recover re-cover on an account for services rendered, ren-dered, Involving sl,19o, tho complaint alleging that th- services were given from November 1. 1908, to December 11. 1900. The i.. fondant claims that a settlement w;is had on the account, and that the plaiatlff has flieon paid in full. The service of the jury In this case will be the lust required of jurymen of the October trrni, all the jurymen not called to try this case having been excused from further serlvco this morning. The case on call for lomoirow is that of Mattle C. Armstrong vs. the West Coast Insurance company. At the morning session of the court tomorrow, to-morrow, the Jurymen fur the Novem !ber term will be questioned as to their statutory qualifications to act as trial Jurors, ami those who are qualified will be retained for the November service.
