Show HENDRICKSON BOUND OVER TO GRAND JURY Salt Lake, Aug. 5 In the absence of Fnltcd States Commissioner Chas. Baldwin, Henry H Hendrickson, alias C. M. Wosd. alias B. S Bisman, who was arrested by the police Tuesday, charged with fraudulently representing represent-ing himself aa a partner of John Hoi-ley. Hoi-ley. the local commls6.on man, was arraigned Thursday before Justice of the Teace Stanley A. Hanks, acting United States commissioner. Hendrickson, Hen-drickson, subsequently to his arrest, confessed t PostofTlcc Inspector Nelson Nel-son that he is the B. S. Bisman for whom the federal officials have been looking for several months for using the United States malls for fraudulent fraudu-lent purposes. Hendrickson waived his preliminary hearing and was bound over the . United States district court, bis ball being fixed ot $2,000. in default of which he was placed In the county jail. Hendrickson was bound over on three count, one of assuming a fictitious fic-titious name to aid him In fraudulent purposes, and the ether two of using; the United States malls for fraudiV i lent practices.
