Show IIZPAD lllfiG COiPAWFOIiilED Mlzpah ("God be with you till we meet ngaln") Is the natue gien to a mining company, articles of lncororation of which vvere llled with the county clerk yesterday afternoon, and in which a toodly number of the legal fraternity cf Ogden are participating. i "The Mlzpah Mines Incorporation f t the United States of America" has 1 een incorporated by the following persons, a part of whom aro the first officers and directors of the company, to-wit: George Halverson, president and director; George W. Gwllliam, director and vice president; Oscar A. M, Olsen, director; Arthur E. Pratt, director, secretary and treasurer; T. D. Johnson, director; Nathan J. Harris, Har-ris, Isaac F. Farr. Frank Moore, Oscar Os-car B. Madson, directors, all of Ok-den; Ok-den; John H. Krclger and Harold E. Grant, directors, of Nevada. Halverson, Halver-son, Pratt, Johnson and Harris are members of the bar of this city. The company is Incorporated for $50,000. divided into 500.000 shares of the por value of 10 cents each, $30,000 rf tho stock being subscribed, the balance remaining us treasury stock. Tho principal place of business Is designated as Ogdeu, while the mining min-ing property of the company is situated situ-ated In Nevada. The mining claims, valued at $50,000, are turned into the company. It Is stated in the articles of incorporation incor-poration that the object of the company com-pany is to conduct a general mining business in all its ramifications, and that the company shall take over the Mlzpah mining group of claims, num-hiring num-hiring from 1 to S, Inclusive, situated in tbe Pilot mining district of Elko county. Nevada, which havo heretofore hereto-fore been deeded by the recorder of Elko county to A. E. Pratt. The company Is incorporated for one bun dred jears. |
