Show DELL MADSON LAIDJO REST Funeral services for the late Dell Madson were conducted in the Third ward meeting house at 2 o'clock yesterday afternoon, with Bishop C. E Peterson presiding. Hundreds of this well-known man's friends were In j attendance at the services, which were most Impressive. In addition to Bishop Peterson, Joseph Jo-seph Parry and Apostle David O. McKay Mc-Kay spoke at the services. Each spoke words of consolation to the gnei stricken relatives and friends, aud rehearsed soothing recollections of the genial, generous man whoso memory was the object of this final tribute of respect. A quartette, composed of George Douglas, Harry Hales, Leo Madsen and Carl Allison, rendered the beautiful beauti-ful selections, "I Need Thee Every Hour," "Beautiful Isle of Somewhere" and "Nearer, My God, to Thee." Tho pall bearers were Percy Bailey, John Brown, Elliott Browne, Wru. O. Wilson, Wil-son, Jr., Ramon Brown and B. B. Wilton. Wil-ton. Interment took place In the Ogden City cemetery. |
