Show MRS. LAVINA NASH SEEK! DIVORCE Cruelty, habitual drunkenness and failure to provide are the grounds upon which Mrs. Lavlna M. Nash is seeking a divorce from William J. Nash. Jn her complaint filed with the county clerk yesterday Mrs. Nash says that for the past few months her huBband has been addicted to the liquor habit, and while in this condition condi-tion has frequently assaulted her. On July 2, Hhe says, he attacked her and Inflicted serious injuries on her person. - The Nashs have been married mar-ried nineteen years, the wedding having hav-ing occurred at Logan, April 29, 1891. Mrs. Nush asks the court for an absolute decree of divorce, the cus- j tody of six minor children, reasonable reason-able alimony and the conveyance to her of the fpmlly home, built by their Joint efforts and valued at $500. |
