Salt Lake City, Utah, June 14th, 1910. Notice Is hereby given that the Ore- ' gon Short Line Railroad Company, by ltd chief engineer, William Ashton, whoso postofflce address is Sail Lake City, Utah, made application in accordance ac-cordance with the requirements of Chapter 108, Session Laws of Utah, 1905, to appropriate ten (10) cubic feet per second of water, which rl6es in Sand Ridge Cut on the Oregon Short Line Railroad in Weber Couu-ly, Couu-ly, Utah. Said water was to have been collected in a basin, which is bltuated at a point 2.000 feet west ; and 1,933 feet north of the southeast , corner of Section 31, Township C 1 north, Range 1 west. Salt Lake base ond meridian, from where it was to have been conveyed by means of a pipe line for a distance of 6,000 feet and there used from January 1 to December 31, inclusive, of each year, for general railroad purposes. Said application was approved by the State Engineer, March 14, 1907, nnd two years allowed for the completion of tbe works necessary for the appropriation appro-priation of said water as contemplated contemplat-ed by said application.
