SALE OF THE ESTATE OF CftNTOS In the matter of the estate of John Cont03, deceased, the hearing of the petition of James Allison, asking that tho. court order the adniinletrator t render a naccount of the administration administra-tion and provide for the sale of tho property of the estate, that a final distribution might be made, was had iu tho dlHtrlct- court this morning. The petition was granted and the following fol-lowing persons were appointed to act as commissioners In the sale of the estate: J. C. Nye, Charles Humphries and Harold Peery. The attorney for Allison represented represent-ed that ho had purchased a three-filths three-filths interest In the estate of throe out of five of the heirs, residents of Greece, and that it was much desired that the estate be turned into cash and the amount due the asslgnco paid over to him.
