M. Jeffers. The new Harriman station being constructed at Green River is now ucarlng completion, and it Is said that the office rooms, wblcb are to be fltuatod on the second lloor, will be mere convenient than the ones In Og-den. Og-den. Despite this fact, there Is a great deal of reluctance on the part of tho employes to make the change. The prospect of living In a town of less than a thousand Inhabitants Is not a pleasing one to the office force. The railroad company Is making tho change because it is claimed to be a more desirable location In regard to the division, the town being in the center of the division, while Ogden is at the end. Some of the employes, offering their personal objections to moving from this city to the Wyoming Wyo-ming village, state that there are but two seasons of tho year at Green River August and winter. They also sar that the only places of amusement amuse-ment In the town are a brewery and a moving picture show. |
