Show THREE TO FOUR EEETJF SNOW A number of people nrc In the city to-lay Irorn the upper valley and they report lhat the snow there Is from 3 feet to 1 feet deep, the most of It having fallen Muring the Inst few days. Tho temperature has risen considerably con-siderably tlnce last Saturday and the recent snow has settled some, but there has not been a sufficient thav to cause the streams of the upper country to rise. Albert Ingstrom came down from Iluntsville with his team, and ho says there were a number of teams that came In from Eden and Liberty. The snow at Iluntsville Is about 3 feet deep, but the roads have been open nil winter. There Is plenty of feed In the valley for the stock whicn is usually the case in that section The stockmen always figure on feeding feed-ing uutll the end of March and It will be the same this year. There are no sheep In the valley, except a very few that are kept around the farms. Mr. Ing6trom stales that he Is Informed Inform-ed that there Is considerable snow in the mountains east of the alley and that at Liberty there Is about 3 fet-i. Joe Hoffman came down from Eden tils morning with a load of grain. He said hl team pulled a loal weighing two tons. |
