Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS. State Engineer's Office. Salt Lake City. Utah, Feb. 10. 1910. Notice- is hereby given that I- B Spencer, whoso postofflcc address Is Ogden, Utah, has made application In accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah. 1907, as amended by the Session Ias of Utah, 1909, to appropriate five (5) cubic feet ptr second of water from the Left Hand Fork of the South Branch of Ogdcn River, Weber County, Utah. Said water will be diverted at a point which bears north S degrees 58 mln utes. west 1.155 feet from the southeast south-east corner of Section 13, Township 7 i orth. Ranee 3 east, Salt Lake base and meridian, from where It will bo conveyed by means of a pipe line for n distance of approximately 18,000 feet, and there usrd from January 1 to December 31. Inclusive, of each year, to develop power for the purpose of electric lighting and propelling machinery ma-chinery In Ogden and Huntsville, Utah.
