Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS. State Engineer's Office. Pall Lake City. Utah, Feb. 10. 1910 Notice is hereby given that Q. L-IV-cker, whose pnstofllce address Is Ogden. Utah, has made application In accordance with tho requirements of tlie Compiled Laws nf Utah. 1907, as amended by the Session Laws ot Utah, 1909, tn appropriate fifteen r:t.nIredth8 (.15) of a cubic foot per sr-cund of water from an unnamed cprinc In Weber County, Utah. Said spring Is situated at a point 'which Ltars south 31 degrees 35 minutes west. 2,207 feet from the northwest corner of Section 20, Township 6 north. Ranee 1 east, Salt Lako base nnd meridian. Tho water will be diverted di-verted at the place where it issues from said 6pfing and conveyed by means of a pipe line for a distance of 3.9011 feet, and there used from January Jan-uary 1 to December 31, Inclusive, of each year, for domestic and municipal purposes This application is designated desig-nated in the State Engineer's office a No. 2829. All protests against the granting of ald application, stating the reasons therefor must bo made by affidavit in duplicate and filed In this office within thirty (30) days after the completion com-pletion of publication of this notice.
