Show PARENTS SHOULD TRAIN THEIR CHILDREN EARLY. (Morning Examiner.) Fathers and mothers can do much to, bring about a safe and sane ob-i ob-i servance of the Fourth of July by discouraging dis-couraging their children in the use of ; fire crackers and other explosives so much used in the celebration of the natal day. The celebration of the Fourth usually usu-ally begins a number of days prior to that date, in one way or another. While some of the men begin their celebrations in tho first days of July in the Indulgence and over-indulgence In the use of "fire water," the bovs begin an early jollification in the discharge dis-charge of fire crackers. Both should be dl&cpuraged and stamped out If possible. Let the people In general place the stamp of disapproval upon I the one and the parents refrain from i indulgence with their children ! in the other. Many accidents occur : in these ante-Fourth of July celebra-I celebra-I Hons, and it has ' a tendency to form in the minds of the children tho spirit of a "noisy Fourth."
