The fifth Installment becomes delinquent delin-quent on tho 2&th day of November. 1927 The sixth Installment becomes delinquent delin-quent on the 2Sth day of November, 192S. The seventh Installment becomes delinquent delin-quent on the 28th day of November, 1929. Tho eighth Installment becomes della-quent della-quent on the 2sth day of November, 1910 The ninth Installment becomes delinquent delin-quent on the 2xth day of November, 1931. Each of said Installments draws Interest In-terest at tho rate of six per cent per annum an-num from the 2Sth day of November, 1922, until delinquent and If said tax or any Installment thereof shall remain unpaid un-paid after the delinquency of the Same; Interest thereon thereafter will bo at the rate of twelve per cent per annum until such assessments are fully paid.
