Kenneth Gard-:i-r and Raymond Hull by compelling them to get into an automobile when , the men appeared at the railroad Shops looking for work. After fore- ' Ing the men In the car. the defendants defend-ants are alleged to have driven them ) I to a point near the I'tah Hot Springs! where they ordered them to leavw ' town and threatened bodily Injury if they returned. While the alleged kidnaping was going go-ing on. some person notified the shot- i Iff's department and Deputy O. R. Mohlman and other officers rushed to 1 the Hot Springs where they placed 1 the strikers under arrest. They ; lirought ln the three other men as 1 '.vitnesses.
