Show ACACIA CLUB BA.S PLEASANT MEETING The Acacia club met at the homo of Mrs. Joseph Clark McFdrlane on Fowler avenue Friday, October J7 Mrs K B. Porter gave a very Instructive In-structive talk on "Art in Pictures," using copies of paintings iy Holbein and Titian as illustrations. Mis J Y Ire entertainingly played tw. piano boIos. Community singing was led by Mrs Maude Dee Porter. Guests of the club were Mrs. James I H. Douglas and Mrs J. Franklin Ellis. Hiller, entertained a nuni-bor nuni-bor of her friends ut her home in the Avon apartments The occasion was jthe fifth birthday anniversary of the little hostess. A cloth designed with Hallowe'en suggestions -overcd th'-table, th'-table, which was prettily arranged I with other Hallow e n de corations. 1 le birthday cake, lighted with five tiny candles, formed the centerpiece .
