This hearing is to come before the Interstate Commerce commission late In November. Although the supreme court o fthe T'nlted States ordered the divorcement of the Central Pacific Pa-cific from the Southern Pacific, the I Interstate Commerce Commission is empowered to permit the grouping I of roads to bring about the best public service Through the commission com-mission the Southern Pacific hopes to Keep control of the road.
