Show SUIT AGAINST DOCTORBEGINS Breaking down and sobbing on the witneos stand in the district court this morning Mrs. Ioulso Vlsser of Ogden told of tho death of her 20-mont ha-old bnhy ;ifter miffcrlng burns on his arm ami leg from hot water tipped from a tea-kettle In the Ylsscr home. January Janu-ary 1, 1921 Mrs Vlsser and her husband, Joseph Vlsser are suing Dr. Wiley M Cragun for $26,000 damages as the result of the Infant's death They allege in their complaint that tho physician ' negligently, carelessly and Improperly Improper-ly administered an excessive amount of drugs" to the child after lt was burned . In answer. Dr. Cragun denied all the allegations except that ho treated jtho child and that it died the day fol- 1 lowing sustaining the burns. Between sobs this morning. Mrs. : Vlsser told of the accident In which the child was burned. She said he was in his high c hair, near the kitchen Stove when he reached over and pull- ;ed tho tea-kettle toward him tipping some of the hot water on his body. She described burns on his left arm his leg and his hand, but declared they I were small. She said that with the exception of th burns on the arm, leg and hand, there were no other marks.
