Show CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT NO. 2 Propeslnf te Amend Sections 2 and , Article XIII, of ths Constitution Constitu-tion of Utah Relating to Property Subject to Taxation and Rates Of Tax A reeolnllon proposing amendment to Roct'ons 2 and 3, Article 13, of the restitution of the State of Utah relating re-lating to property subject to taxation and rates of tax. Be It resolved hy the Legislature of tho State of Utah, two-thirds of all tV.e members eloctad to each house cortcaning therein : Section 1. That it Is proposed to amend Sections 2 and 8, of Articlo 1.-of 1.-of the Constitution of the State of Utah, so that such sections will read ai follow : Sec: 2 To the end that the bnrdon of taxation may be equitable upon a!' property, tho legislature In empcrworcd to dlvldo all property Inrludlng mon eya and credits as well as physical property, Into classes and to doter-mino doter-mino what class or classes of property proper-ty shall be rohject to taxation and what property. Taxes may be imposed upon any and all property, including privilege, franchises fran-chises and UcenBes to do business In the state, but this shall not be so construed con-strued as to authorise th taxation of the stocks of any company or corporation corpora-tion when the property of such corn-! pany or corporation represented by such stocks haa been taxed.
