Tracy. and W. B. Lake. On rearrangement in tho city court this morning, a plea of not guilty was entered for the dc- fendant by Judge J G. Willis, to the! charge of unlawfully halng liquor In his possession. Larsen declined to B plea. Hie ball was fixed at $300 and fl his new trial set for July IS.
