' y Whlteley made a sensational one-handed one-handed catch in the seventh of Hunter's Hun-ter's long drive nd Morley came into in-to the limelight with a beautiful catch of Burrows' drive in the eighth. Jerry Dunn had things his own way ,and it looked like old times to see him mow the Arthur team down in 1-2-3 order. He had everything that a pitcher needs, and he made good use of it. Burrows' fast one was a delight to the batting averages of the Bingham players. Nineteen hits were gathered from his delivery in eight innings. j That homer of Buckle's in the first frame was far over Myers' head.' Burrows Bur-rows fed him a slow one, and Buckle made a fast one out of it. Dunn pitched great ball in the opening op-ening frame. Two weak rollers to short and a strike out, was the best Arthur could do in this frame. Baty erred on Barrett's roller in the second ,and then Ledingham missed Baty's throw, and the Arthur catcher rested on second. On Holt's hit to Dunn in this in- ingharn, who made his fourth straight hit in this frame. Barrett's hot hit in the seventh hit Dunn on the foot and went for a single. Buckle made a neat catch of Holt's fly in the seventh. Whitcley's great one-handed catch came in the seventh when he speared Hunter's hit while running back. It was the prettiest play of the day. Flint robbed Morley of a hit in the eighth, when he grabbed his roller back of second base, and threw him out at first. Burrows, still feeling that he had the Indian sign on Buckle with his slow one, fed him another in the 8th, and the midget outfielder slapped it far over Myer's head. In fact it was so far over his head that Myer refused re-fused to go after it. It was the hardest hard-est hit ball of the game. Ledy's single in the fifth drove in two runs, and was his third straight of the game. Dowdell made a neat catch of Flint's high one in the fifth. Morley was caught off third base in the sixth, when he started for home on Baty's infield hit, but College Col-lege was in back of the Arthur shortstop, short-stop, and Morley was an easy victim, vic-tim, being run down on the bases.
