Browning, to'd the Jury this morning of events on the night Browning wn shot down In his store and her son Guy was wounded l a bullet from drownings Run. The mother was placed on the witness staml by the prosecution, over the objections objec-tions of the defense, who charged charg-ed the proBOCUtlng attorney with "picking on her ' She related that on - the night of the murder, her son. Guy Nelson, Nel-son, was making bis home with her and had been at his usual place at the supper table.
