H Hurd and Daniel Brighton of Salt Iako. Information to this pffect was received at the forest service headquarters this morning Hurd and Brighton after applying! for patent to the prounri in question which was resisted by tho forest service ser-vice because no valuable mineral bear-1 Ing rock had been found In place on the lalms, were sustained by the register reg-ister and receiver of the land officel at Salt Iake.
