The first case to come before the' commission Is that of Gforge R.l ; Burnett against .lames J Burke, as receiver re-ceiver for the Interstate Sugar com-) pany at Hooper Hurnett alleges that! he suffered Injuries at the Hooper; plant October 21, 1921. when a mass of beets tell upon his leg. The Injury caused blood poisoning, It Is alleged and he seeks compensation for the time ho was unable to work. Joseph Lakln is seeking compensation compensa-tion for Injuries alleged to have been! received August. 31. 1921 While ho was employed by the Ogden Iron Works company and a large casting fell upon hlni causing internal Injuries. . The third case Is that of E. E. Gibbons, who was Injured when knocked from a ladder In the barns, of the Utah Rapid Transit company February 17, 19 20.
