Show NOTICE OF INTENTION. Notice Is hereby (jlvcn by the Board of Commissioners of Ogden City. Utah, of the Intention of said Board of Commissioners Commis-sioners to make tho following described Improvement .to-wlt- To create Adams avenue between Twenty-second and Twenty-fourth streets Twenty-second street between Adams and Jefferson ave- 1 nues and Twenty-third sirtet between ; Adams and Jefferson avenues as a paving district and to pave the roadways there- In with any ono of tho following types '; of pavement, namoly: Reinforced Portland Port-land cement, comrere pavement, sheet asphalt pavement on either a Portland cement or bituminous concrete base 01 j bituminous pavement on either a Port-i Port-i land cement or bituminous concrete base: hIso to bulk! all culverts Irrigation ond drainage systems. prlvuto driveways, curbs and guttern and sidewalks, and to construct wator and sewer service connections con-nections from the mnln to the curb line at tho expense of tho Individual owners opposite tho lots or parts of lots or bouses not now supplied with such coh- ne-ctlons.
