The announcement was made a week ago that a compay had been formed to erect a pjant and now the statement is Issued by L F Rains, president of the Carbon Fuel company com-pany and one of the active heads of the new steel corporation, that the Columbia Co-lumbia Steel corporation Is to construct con-struct a railroad from Lund on th Union Pacific system to the Iron mines near Cedar City, a distance of twenty-four and six-tenthB miles.
