Captain Page was also charged with failure to report the feeling of r. -scntment among tb.e constabulary men toward tho police. Reprimand for Colonel Luclen R. Sweet, an American, Am-erican, and four Filipino officers of the constabulary, for negligence dining din-ing and after the riots, was recommended recom-mended by General Cranio.
