Suit for an Injunction restraining Secretary Houston, of the treasury department from making any further loans to foreign governments was filed in the district supreme court today bv counsel coun-sel for William Randolph Hearst, who acted in hlR capacity as a citizen. Justice Hltz issued a rule on Secretary Sec-retary Houston to show cause February Febru-ary HI why an Injunction should not be granted. Besides praying for an Injunction to prevent establishment of any further credits to foreign government gov-ernment . .Mr. Hearst also seeks to enjoin the secretary from maklnc any further advance on credits 'already 'al-ready Established for France, Italy, Greeee.
