Thursday , routed eight bandits, each of whom : carried two pistols, when they tried to rob him of a satchel containing $3,000. , O'Mara was wounded four times, but ' his condition is not serious. O'Mar.a and August Caron had beon collecting for a bank. CarOQ was driving their automobile with O'Mara in the rear seat. As they turned a , corner, two automobiles, each contain-Ing contain-Ing four men, drew alongside and the men opened fire.
